\\r\\n原是執業護理師,大學研讀食品畜產系,畢業後任職營養配方的工作。後來到美國州立大學攻讀健康教育碩士學位。有感於現在人飲食越來越精緻化及西化而引發許多文明病,也因家人多數是醫生,每每談及,皆感慨何不以食療取代藥療?加上從小便熱愛廚藝,培養了對食物的食感,因此希望可以透過所學,製作「純粹的原味飲食」來傳達健康飲食的理念,也希望能將自己多年來所獲得的知識,繼續傳承下去。
\\r\\n\\r\\n▌健康履歷
\\r\\n回國前一直有著50公斤的身材,回國後卻因工作及外食的關係,不只體重直線上升到81公斤,三高和慢性病也找上門。直到嘗試了「低碳無糖」的飲食後,才漸漸使人生重現光明。因此除了維持運動習慣,也了解「改變飲食」是促進健康的第一步,其中「戒糖」和「減醣」更是最重要關鍵。
